About the demonstration

Acclaimed publishing and editorial artist, Edward Kinsella III, will complete a demo during a 3-hour presentation. The demonstration will include a mixed media drawing and painting demonstration, combining the use of graphite, ink wash, ink, gouache, and photocopy transfer. Edward will explain the process of how he goes from thumbnail sketch, to layout drawing, to transferring the drawing to the final working surface, and finally, how he finishes an illustration. All steps will be explained and there will be no secrets held back.

During this interactive and online event, attending students will be invited to ask questions during the live event via chat.

Only 50 spots are available for this demonstration and it will sell out quickly. Visual Arts Passage Co-founders, John English and Timmy Trabon join as moderators.

A recording of this event will not be available to attendees.
