MEET the MONSTERS.
This Sunday, join Visual Arts Passage and Edward Kinsella for a three-hour drawing and painting tutorial, filled with the haunting characters and ghostly images live from Kinsella’s studio.
In the spirit of #inktober, Kinsella will demonstrate 2 to 3 monster-inspired mixed media drawings. Each tutorial focuses on a unique process, technique, or challenge. Students will observe Kinsella as he designs and draws the eerie and haunting characters that are a staple to his compelling and dark style.
Broadcasting live from his studio, the artist will answer questions about his career, skills, and the most popular question of all, “What pen are you using?” This is a fully-interactive event and attending students are invited to ask questions throughout the tutorial.
